For initial enquiries, this is limited to parent/guardian name, contact mobile number, intended grade, and day-scholar or boarding preference. We do not collect Aadhaar numbers, biometric data, religious affiliations, or sensitive health data online.

2. Use of Collected Information

Any contact information submitted through our enquiry and visit booking forms is used exclusively for:

• Contacting the parent or guardian regarding admission counselling and campus tours.
• Issuing admission reference numbers and scheduling student interactions.
• Administrative record-keeping within our secure, permissioned internal portal.

We never sell, lease, or trade student or guardian contact details to any third-party marketing agencies or coaching services.

3. Photographs and Media Safeguarding

All student photographs published on this website and in official school publications are utilized solely with the written consent of legal guardians. Photographs are selected to celebrate learning, athletic events, and cultural heritage in a respectful, safe manner. Parents may request the modification or removal of their child's likeness at any time by notifying the administrative office.

4. Security & Role-Based Access

All admissions records are stored in access-restricted databases. Only designated Admissions Officers and School Authorities are granted credentials to review applications. Anonymous public access to applicant records is strictly prevented.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

Enquiry records that do not proceed to active enrolment are safely archived or purged after the close of the relevant academic session. Parents may request the inspection or deletion of their submitted enquiry records by contacting admissions@anneshasikshaniketan.org.
